A Snell Isle property with an unobstructed waterfront view has hit the market at a record asking price.
The property, a double lot at 123-125 Bay Point Dr. NE, is listed at $16.84 million. It’s the highest-priced land listing in St. Petersburg, according to a news release from Premier Sotheby’s International Realty.
The property is marketed exclusively by Robyn Gunn of Premier Sotheby’s St. Petersburg office.
“This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for the discerning buyer who wants to custom-build the ultimate waterfront dream home. There isn’t a comparable property — on or off the market — that showcases these spectacular views,” Gunn said in the news release.
The property is on 0.72 acres, with 267 feet of Tampa Bay frontage, with sailboat-depth water. It features views of Tampa Bay and the city skyline of St. Petersburg.
The property currently is owned by a family trust, according to the Pinellas County property appraiser. A home at 123 Bay Point Dr. NE previously was located on the site, but was demolished in January, according to property records.
