The buyers were looking for a low-maintenance, luxury condo in a vibrant city center — a place their children and grandchildren could enjoy when visiting, but one that still felt like theirs. As out-of-state clients, they needed a hands-on, local team they could trust to guide them through the new construction process and help them create a home that was both stylish and family-friendly.
